Cancellations and
Refunds: Reservation will be
confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Accommodations will be held for the term of the reservation, guests
in turn are responsible for the entire period of their reservation.
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation notify us
immediately. If we can secure another rental for your reservation,
all but a $50 handling fee will be returned. Prices are subject to
change.
